Sous Chef - Cruise

I am currently working with leading luxury Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a number of experienced Sous Chefs on board.

The ideal candidate for this role must have existing experience working on board cruise ships OR in 4/5* hotels. The position offers industry leading salaries and rotations.

As Sous Chef you will be in a managerial position within the Galley Team, reporting into the Executive Sous Chef. Your responsibilities will include; to be in full control of Galley operations, which entails preparing meals with the highest standards of presentation and stepping up to replace the Executive Sous Chef in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a 4*/5* hotels (cruise experience preferred)
• Cruise Ship experience
• Fluent English language skills
