Maritime Trainer

WRS Tech are currently assisting an impressive growing business - that provide training and support services with regards to navigation systems, radar & positioning, for all levels of Maritime deck officers.
They are currently seeking additional Marine / Nautical Instructors to add to their growing team of professionals - you will have either come ashore for the first time, or alternatively have experience in a similar environment.

The business are truly international with training access in across the UK, Germany, Singapore & other locations

The most important aspect of the role is the personality profile and fit giving yourself every opportunity to make this career change
Full training for the role is provided, and career progression is all dependent on your motivation, and how much you want to grow with the business

Ideal candidate specification:

• Chief Officer II/2 unlimited minimum qualification
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills written and spoken in English
• Flexible with working hours and travel to suit the needs of the business
• Relevant Sea service on merchant vessels to 2nd Officer, or Chief Officer - ideally deep sea i.e. Bulk, RORO, Passenger, Cruise, Tankers
