We are looking for you to fill the following position at our headquarters in Rostock as soon as possible:

Senior Manager Key Account (m/f)

Your target course:

• Development and design of strategic partnership with travel agency organizations in Germany
• Coordination of stationary sales activities in terms of travel agency chains and partnerships
• Planning, internal liaison in relation to, and negotiation of suitable service packages for travel agency chains and organizations with due consideration for securing our long-term corporate goals
• Planning and managing the sales budget for the Key Accounts area and management of staff

Your previous course:

• Training in tourism, or business administration studies, majoring in marketing, sales or communication
• Several years of professional and management experience in the tourism or service industry
• Experience in the implementation of marketing measures and developing compensation models for sales partners
• Good negotiating skills and experience of presentations and facilitation
• Very good knowledge of English and German as well as competent MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Good sense of responsibility, target and solution-oriented approach, good communication skills and sales expertise
