A luxury cruise company currently have an opening for an Assistant Beverage Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for assisting the Beverage Manager in managing the vessel’s bars and lounges and must have an extensive knowledge of varying brands and quality of liquors and a basic knowledge of new and old world wines.

Must have previous high end hotel/restaurant or cruise ship experience required in this role

Salary in USD paid whilst onboard - $85.00 per day + sales incentive. The rotation is 6 months on 2 months off.
