Costa Cruises and AIDA Cruises are part of the Costa Group, the biggest cruise company in Europe. We’re currently looking for a Sales Support employee for the Benelux market, the position is 40 hours per week and based in our office in Schiphol-Oost, the Netherlands.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Direct contact and support for the Sales team and the trade partners
• Setting up new suppliers and travel partners
• Preparing travel partner contracts in close cooperation with the Sales team
• Manage group and allotment requests in close cooperation with the Contact Center
• Manage promotional actions
• Creating and managing B2B communication such as product or promotional newsletters
• Organising and supporting with ship visits, presentations, workshops and fairs

Skills and experience:

• Starter at HBO/University level (preferably a Tourism or Hospitality Bachelor degree)
• You speak and write excellent Dutch, French and English - German is a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Lotus notes, Oracle and Publisher are a plus)
• Pro-active, driven and involved
• Analytical, accurate and good communication skills
• Trustworthy and flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality)
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Capable to work with deadlines and under pressure
• Organised, able to keep a good overview and prioritise
• Knowledge of the cruise and/or travel industry is a plus!
