Ass. Housekeeper (m/f)

We are currently searching for a well-experienced Ass. Housekeeper (m/f) for a 5***** European Cruise Line with international passengers and with great itineraries throughout the world.

You must have previous ship-experience in a similar position, ideally on a 5* seagoing vessel and need to have a very good knowledge in the overall Housekeeping Department and the related duties & requirements.

The Ass. Housekeeper will be for assisting the Chief Housekeeper in all aspects of the housekeeping department and in the overall operation of cabin service, public area cleanliness, officer, staff & crew area cleanliness. You will plan, organize and execute assigned tasks and ensure that all company procedures and specifications are adhered to.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

To ensure all Housekeeping staff is complying with the company standards regarding dress and appearance, schedule duties and tasks and ensure follow-up. You will be coordinating with the Exec. Housekeeper to ensure compliance with regular Sanitation/USPH/Company Standards and procedures within the Housekeeping Department at all times and by all crew members and many things more.

The company is looking for a very professional candidate, with great skills and the will & power to achieve something wonderful at all times, while keeping an eye on the details. Being reliable, trustworthy and discreet comes naturally to you, as well as being well mannered and have a well-groomed appearance.

Fluent English is required – any additional European language would be a plus and you should also have good computer skills on all common programs.
