Dining room staff for US Cruise Line - previous Ship Experience Preferred

Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line is a growing American Cruise Line which offers short luxury cruises from the USA to the Bahamas. They are looking for experienced hospitality professionals that are looking to develop themselves and take their career to the next level.

We at KMCC are currently actively seeking passionate, professional and highly qualified Waitress and Assistant Waitress’ for urgent and non-urgent openings.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• As part of the Food and Beverage Dining Department you ensure the guests are completely satisfied with the food and service. You are responsible for a friendly, efficient and professional service in the restaurant and buffet area, anticipating and fulfilling their needs. You serve passengers with drinks and food, set up tables and maintain cleanliness in your work station and handle special requests/needs.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

• Requires knowledge of all aspects of good quality restaurant service
• Must be able to lift/carry 15/20 kg (for females 10-15 kg)
• Great attitude, willingness to learn and good presentation
• Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple situations at the same time
• A flexible and motivated team player
• Friendly, polite and professional appearance
• Willing to commit to a 7-8 month contract at sea, working 7 days per week.

Work Experience Requirements

• All applicants must have several years previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship & in a 4/5* Hotel /resort.

Language Requirements

• Good knowledge of the English language is required. Additional languages are a plus.
