Internship At Customer Insights And Segmentation Department

Costa Crociere is seeking an intern to provide quality support to its Customer Insights and Segmentation department. This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment. The intern will play a supporting role in supporting Customer Intelligence activities by contributing to the following activities:

• Perform internal analysis on Costa Crociere customer base and provide a first level of data interpretation
• Support in setting up ad hoc researches internally managed based on cross-department needs
• Support continuous reporting and monitoring to top management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering
• Strong analytical skills Good presentation skills Very good level of English Excellent use of Office (PPT, Excel, Word) Flexible and Proactive attitude Ability to think out of the box
