Mandarin Speaking Head Cook

We are now searching for Head Cook that will join one of our biggest Leading Cruise Lines.

You will be the overall Supervision and preparation and quality control of all food produced in the restaurant and responsible for ordering of all ingredients, collection, and safe storage of it in the section.

Job Requirements:

Has a successful experience for at least 2 completed contracts in a similar position in a Cruise Ship environment or in a major hotel operating under International Food Safety standards.

Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, other languages is a plus
