Chief Officer for luxury ocean going VIP cruise ship

For our partner operating luxury VIP ocean going cruise ship rebuilt in 2010 with capacity of approximately 380 passengers, mainly British guests, we are looking for Chief Officer.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Offered monthly salary is USD 6,000
2. Duration of contract: 3 months (+/- 1 month). The first month is considered probationary.
3. Joining date: by 15 October 2018

Requirements: 

• to be fluent in English,
• not have any visible tattoos
• have at least 3 years of relevant experience on cruise ships.
• all STCW certificates

General Responsibilities: 

To act as second in command under Master's direct orders; specifically to be in charge of care of passengers during embarkation/

disembarkation, maintenance of ship's hull, accommodation, safety appliances and all machinery related to vessel's moorings and
passengers' embarkation/disembarkation. In performing his duties and responsibilities, he will be suitably supported by a team of
officers and ratings assigned to the deck department and by the Chief Engineer and his subordinate staff in the maintenance of all
deck machinery.
