Utility - Dishwasher

On behalf of our respectable Client (Prestigious European River Cruise Company), we are looking for following position for season 2018:

UTILITY - DISHWASHER

• Responsible for all cleaning works and waste separation in the galley according to Company standards and HACCP
• Responsible for dealing carefully with equipment, machines and cleaning agents
• Adherence to cleanliness and hygienic regulations in compliance with HACCP and Company standards
• Execution of weekly general cleaning at the workplace
• Joint responsibility for the adherence to safety rules in the kitchen area
• Responsible for cleanness of china, cutlery, glasses and kitchen equipment
• Responsible for the proper handling and storage of plates, cutlery, glasses and kitchen equipment
• Responsible for the cleanness of all storage rooms on a weekly base
• Supporting the Head Chef with orders and inventories
• Assistance in daily checks and documentation of the cooling temperature according to HACCP and Company standards
• Assists the housekeeping during passenger exchange with changing the beds in guest cabins
• Assists the reception during embarkation to escort guests to their cabin
• Cooperation with the Maître /Restaurant manager as well as the restaurant/bar team
• Joint responsibility for cleanliness in the waste room in compliance with the Company standards

Qualification Profile:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Guest focused, stress resistant, calm under pressure, team player and with positive appearance
• Open minded and flexible with high social and inter-cultural competencies
• Good English skills (written & verbal), other languages are an advantage

Additional tasks for all crew members:

• Assistance with the welcome of guests on the day of embarkation
• Participation in the crew show
• Assistance with the loading of goods and suitcases
• Keep crew mess and your own crew cabin clean
• Thorough execution of the safety role on board

Face to Face interview will be conducted on the first half January 2018, in Belgrade, Serbia.
