Looking for Receptionists on board luxury 6+ star river passenger ships

We are currently looking for Receptionists on board luxury 6+ star river passenger ships of the most luxurious company in the sector.

Position: Receptionist
Company Name: one of the most luxury 6+ star and silver service companies
Ship Name: one of the luxury 6+ star ships of the company fleet
Basic Guaranteed Salary: Gross wage 2380 EUR per month; Net wage 2000 EUR per month
Rotation: 15 weeks onboard / 4 weeks on vacation
Social Insurance: provided by the company
Invalidity Pensions and Injury Benefits: covered by the company

General Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests in a professional manner
• Provide Guests with prompt, courteous and friendly service and to be personable and approachable at all times
• Provide Guests with information about a variety of shipboard services (such as, but not limited to information on the daily program, temperature, accounting matters etc.) including information on shore excursions.
• Answer any Guests questions regarding tours, ports or individual private requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide Guests with the most updated information with regards to tours
• Deal with any Maintenance issues which may arise with Guests
• Handle Safety Deposits for Guests when requested
• Accept credit card imprints and privilege disclaimers from Guests (for settling their accounts) and to ensure that the privilege disclaimers are kept in a secure place
• Aassist Guests with Disembarkation information and inquiries
• Assist the Front Office Manager with Customs and Immigration paperwork when necessary
• Complete a Work Registration Form correctly every month and to submit it to the Front Office Manager in a timely manner
• Other responsibilities, as assigned, but not limited to the above
• Assist the Front Office Manager with Month End Inventory

 Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Scanned Diploma in English
• Valid International passport
• Reference letters from previous employers
