Shorex Manager - Luxury Cruise Line

The Role

As a Shorex Manager you will have existing management experience within the shorex / tours position. You must have excellent organisational and managerial skills, you will ensure that high service standards are maintained at all times and a top quality service is delivered to guests. You must have excellent command of spoken and written English, a second or third language will be desirable. You ensure fullest guest satisfaction, ensure coordination of all shore-excursion activities and drive shorex revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a shorex manager
• Fluent English language skills and preferably a second or third language
• Must have excellent managerial skills
• Must be able to provide references from previous employment
