An internationally renowned cruise company are seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. This exciting opportunity is available to candidates who ideally have previous experience in the international cruise industry.

Previous cruise ship experience would be an advantage, but is not necessary. Ideal candidates will have an extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage products, refined skills in Public Relations and have a minimum of 3 years Management experience, including cost and budget controls. The primary responsibility is to assist managing of all shipboard food and beverage operations including all practices, procedures, training while obtaining Guest satisfaction targets. 

Valid VISA / STCW / Medical required. Ideal candidate must be able to speak fluent Italian (C1) and English (B1) languages to a high level.

Rotation is 4-6 months on, 2 months off dependant on ship operations.

Salary paid in Euros only whilst on board.
