Waiter/ess (EU national) on a river cruise ship

We are looking for a talendet waiter/ess for our client, an awarded river cruise ship company.

Responsibilities:

As a Waiter/Waitress on a river cruise ship you will:

• Provide prompt and courteous service in the restaurant (station of approx. 24 guests) and bar 
• Provide professional food and beverage service in accordance with the appropriate etiquette and style
• Be a personal contact for guests
• Act as a team player and support colleagues on board, where help is required
• Clean working areas in accordance with HACCP rules
• Preform inventory according to company procedures
• Perform according to company standards and HACCP rules

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as waiter/ess in fine dining restaurant
• Knowledge of wines and other beverages
• À la carte service knowledge
• Ship experience is a plus
• Fluency in English
