A luxury cruise line are seeking a Head Cleaner to join their fleet. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that team follow their schedules and produce the required tasks as per their job descriptions on a daily basis. They will also, coach and train the team, encouraging and motivating them to develop themselves. 

Other responsibilities will include, being responsible for the cleanliness and working condition of all Cleaning and Washing equipment, any possible damages must be reported, and supervising and supporting the dish wash areas during the peak hours to prevent loss of and breakage.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of USPH guidelines, have a minimum of 1 year experience working in this position and hold good leadership skills.
