Business Analyst It – CRM B2C

We are looking for a smart and dynamic professional to join the Costa Group IT CRM Team in Genoa, with Business Analyst role in the Business CRM B2C/Marketing area.

Key Activities:

• Business Analysis and solution definition
• Planning, Coordination and control of implementation team
• Project Management
• Stakeholders Management
• Part of the time will be also dedicated to a SW selection for a new CRM platform.

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or similar achieved with a minimum of 100/110;
• Technical/Functional skills on CRM tools
• Experience in Requirement collection, System Design and Deliver, Project management
• Knowledge of CRM B2C and Marketing processes
• Capabilities to work with defined and planned and  goals
• Team working capabilities (IT, Business and external supplier) in a Multilanguage/multilocation environment
• Problem solving and ability to propose innovative solutions
• Excellent English skills (Written and Spoken)
• 1-2 years in Business Analyst role or similar is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience in Business Analyst role or similar is a plus
• CRM & Marketing process and system knowledge
• In the word of consulting the position is Experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager
