Have natural public speaking ability
Have more than 1 year jewelery sales experience (shipboard experience preferred)
Have strategic thinking as it relates to marketing and promotions
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Have an energetic and fun personality
Be able to connect with people from all walks of life
Have extensive product knowledge
Have analytical skills to identify market trends
Have financial analysis skills to develop and interpret financial reports
Be proficient with MS Office Applications
Be fluent in English - bilingual is a plus
Be ready to commit to 6 months onboard
