Destinations Director - Cruise

The company have been well established over 100 years in the market and have 9 offices over the world. Due to steady growth, the company have new build vessels due to join the fleet this year. The company are now seeking a Destinations Director to look after there Hotels.

The role you will have energy and passion to lead the company to become the best you will be able to show that you have strong communications skills and also be a creative leader. The company are seeking the following candidate to have:

- Strong Leadership and Communication skills
- Hospitality background
- Being hands-on with the financial budgets
- Setting KPI's and making sure the team achieve these
- Develop the strategy for the future state of product and innovation and guest experience

The company will like the candidate to have:

- Strong hospitality background similar to General Mgr / Regional Manager
- Proven Business and Commercial track record
- Project Management experience (desirable)
- Commerical Leadership skills
- Ability to develop and motivate your team
