Embark on an exciting career in Diamond and Gemstone jewelry sales traveling the world. This opportunity provides world travel, an incredible shipboard lifestyle and a competitive compensation package. KALLATI® is a Diamond and Gemstone fine jewelry brand seeking service oriented sales professionals to conduct high-end Diamond and Gemstone jewelry trunk shows at sea onboard luxury cruise ships.
The KALLATI® Brand Ambassador specific responsibilities:
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 6 months at a time.
- Conduct inventory check with Shop Manager at the beginning and end of each voyage.
- Provide weekly sales reporting, with corresponding inventory update.
- Set up all merchandise in the shop showcases, in a fashionable clean manner.
- Conduct lectures, seminars, and raffles to increase sales on board.
- Conduct inventory control on a daily basis in the shops at sea.
- Arrange and distribute marketing collateral accordingly to promote more sales.
- Load and unload marketing collateral on & off board, from the cruise ships.
- Attend confirmed voyage dates accordingly and on time.
- Show time: Attend every show, night or day (when out at sea) during event, he/she must interact with guests and show host, visually merchandise product, arrange marketing material accordingly, speak and present the product, build energy with raffles and surprise special discounts, track sales and ensure all items are accounted for, packed appropriately, and returned back to the office safely.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with hosts and guests. He/She is responsible for creating positive contacts for KALLATI® in all circumstances.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of jewelry and sales experience
- Passport or relevant Travel Visa (US Citizenship or green card are not required)
- Personality traits: Honest, trustworthy, outgoing, social, enthusiastic, energetic person with a professional demeanor, as well as strong sales & negotiating skills.
- Proficient with Word & Excel- Technologically savvy enough to track sales through inventory database.
- Active at show – Create a buzz surrounding the KALLATI® Jewelry Line.
- Sales orientated, Self-starting, good speaker, ability to multitask, committed to serving the customer & providing great customer service.
Compensation:
- Base Pay and commission based on all retail sales
- Travel expenses (Transportation, & Hotel) are covered by KALLATI®
- There’s room for future growth, with a strong, fast growing company
- Ability to make upwards of $50K in first year
