Executive Assistant to Senior Directors-London based (Relocation assistance)

3R Global are currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced and passionate PA. It is a great opportunity to join one of the most well-renowned companies in the cruise industry. You might have been Captain's secretary at on a cruise ship or a purser onboard. 

What you will be doing:

• As PA you will arrange travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travels with the Senior Director to provide general assistance• You will organise and maintain the Senior Director diary
• As PA you will deal with incoming post, occasionally with emails on behalf of the President; 
• You will produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• As PA you will organise and attend meetings/events on behalf of or with the Senior Director 
• You will carry out specific projects and researches
• As PA you will work closely with the management to make things happen
• You will remind the Senior Director of important tasks and deadlines
• As PA you will perform line manager duties on behalf of the President (authorisations, expenses, etc.)
• You will meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority

What you will need:

• Excellent spoken and written English. 
• High School Diploma or higher
• 5-year minimum experience required (preferably in the shipping industry or in a similar capacity on board cruise ships)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Adaptability to work in a diverse and fast paced environment where everything changes at the minute
• Flexibility and availability to work long hours and out of office hours (including night and festive days if required)
• Discretion, trustworthiness and ability to multitask
• Knowledge and experience in or of the shipping/cruising industry.
