The Company
I am currently working in partnership with an expanding Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Crew Development Manager (Hospitality) to be based in the Head Office.
The Role
As Crew Development Manager you will be responsible for developing global crewing services - working with both internal and external providers to ensure excellence in all departments on board.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Supervising global crewing services partners
-Coordinating on board training for all hospitality staff
-Organising and managing annual auditing of global hospitality training centres / partners
-Preparing and monitoring the annual crew training budget
-Establishing corporate partnerships and liaising with governmental bodies
-Ensuring that all training targets are achieved
The ideal candidate will have:
-Fluent English (additional languages will be an advantage)
-Extensive Cruise experience working in fleet training / on-board personnel management
-A degree level qualification (ideally HR/ Training/ Psychology)
-Well developed organisational skills, and project management experience
-Excellent communication skills
-The ability to travel globally at short notice

Work Experience Requirements
