Air Agent - Cruise / Aviation

The company are a luxury cruise line company who have been going over 20 years in the industry with offices in multi-international locations. The company have won multiple awards ion Best Expedition and the Best small cruise ship as well as the best luxury cruise ship.

The company due to great growth are now seeking the position of Air Agent.

For this role, you will be creating new bookings, changes and cancellations and deviation/customization requests coming from customers and travel agents and sales teams within the business. In this role you will be able to work in high-level pressure and also be able to meet deadlines, this is an excellent role if you are looking to progress your career with this industry.

The requirements for the role you will have the following:

• Have extensive knowledge of Airline or cruise industries
• If you have knowledge of Amadeus would be desirable
• Strong organisational skills to manage your workload to be able to meet deadlines
• Be able to work in a high-pressure environment
• International air reservations and ticketing knowledge would be beneficial
