Hotel & Land Director / Senior Manager - Cruise

The company are a luxury cruise line company who have been going over 20 years in the industry with offices in multi-international locations. The company have won multiple awards ion Best Expedition and the Best small cruise ship as well as the best luxury cruise ship.

The company due to great growth are now seeking the position of Hotel & Land Director.

For the role of Hotel & Land Director to lead the hotel side of the business and you will oversee and coordinate the processes and activities related to the different components for the company for the pre and post cruise value proposition.

The following requirements for the role are:

- Strong experience with the cruise industry and in-depth knowledge of shoreside programmes
- Solid negotiation skills with proven experience
- Good analytical skills
- Be able to deliver presentations
- Organizational and Leadership skills
- BSc/BA in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality, Business Admin, Management or similar
