Interior Architect - Cruise New Building

Faststream are working exclusively with a leading cruise ship company to source an Architect for their extensive new building program. Our client has an extremely healthy order book across various yard throughout Europe and are investing heavily in new and innovative designs and technology

The Architect's job function is to lead various aspects of the detailed design, design coordination and construction phases of the projects whilst working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders; management, shipyards, architect firms etc all the while delivering quality ship design concept in keeping with companies exceptional brand.

You will be responsible for tracking an upholding the overall design and outfitting process. You will deliver brand specific interior, exterior and back of house designs keeping to the concept given and the yard contracts. This role will not cover technical areas such as machinery, HVAC etc

We are looking for someone who is degree interior Architecture preferably with a amrine slant, Italian or French speaking skills would be adventitious. You will be familiar with marine standard having significant exposure to classification and flag rules and have prior software usage with Rhino, AutoCAD/Microstation
