Director Nautical Operations - Cruise

My client is seeking the following role of Director Marine Operations to join there team - this is an exciting time to join a brilliant cruise client who has seen great strength in the market.

for the role, the company are seeking a Director who can oversee and implement policies and procedures within the company and ensure efficient and effective operations of the fleet. You will oversee the deck department to ensure that everything is operating safely with a minimal environmental impact. You will work closely with different departments and be able to control operating budgets.

The client is seeking the following candidate:

* Strong sailing experience with cruise vessels as (Master desirable)
* Be able to communicate on various levels within the business
* Working or worked ashore in a similar position (desirable)
* Good budgeting experience
