Female EU D/R Waitress speaking Japanese and English for luxury 5+ stars cruise ship

For our Client, operating luxury 5+ star passenger ship with nearly 500 crew members for around 900 guests from Japan we are looking for an Japanese and English Speaking Sr.D/R waitress (f).

Cruise itinerary program offers short Japan-based cruises leaving out of Yokohama and Kobe. Aslo offered is an annual World Cruise (round-trip from Yokohama Japan). The 102-day long itinerary visits ports in Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, other ports in China), also (via Suez Canal) in Europe (Mediterranean, Azores Islands) and USA (New York, Florida, California, even Alaska). NYK Line's World Cruise 2018 feature ports of call were Lisbon, Rome-Civitavecchia, Valencia, Gibraltar, Bilbao, Hamburg, Halifax (NS Canada) Saint John (Canada), Baltimore MD (USA).

Basic Guarantee Salary per month : 2 145 USD + Tips Box + personal Tips

Contract duartion of 4/5 months

Embarkation of approved candidates would be in August 2018

Duties
Assigned for Food and Beverages service in Vista Lounge, Palm Court, Lido Garden, Lido Cafe, Prego, Galaxy Lounge, Bistro, Club Stars, Club 2100, Mariner‘s Club, Cigar Bar, Piano Bar and beverages service in Four Seasons Dining Room　
Correct charging and billing of beverages
Correct and clean dealing with side duties
Carry out cleaning and cleaning works
Controlling of cleanliness, Safety, Environmental and Hygiene (U.S.P.H.) standards
Self monitoring
Responsible for the careful handling of all material, equipment and furniture in the public room department
Assisting other service stations if required

Qualification / Experience:
Professional training in the hotel and gastronomy industry /or similar experience
Good knowledge of the Japanese language and Custom is beneficial
Good knowledge in written and spoken English
High service commitment to passengers
