HR Manager - Ocean Cruise

The ideal candidate for this role must have experience working on board cruise ships within the capacity of HR Manager or a similar position. The position offers a competitive package including an attractive salary (owing to experience) and a sort after rotation. My client had a variety of vessels within their fleet allowing opportunity to work within mid-size to large operations.

As HR Manager you will be in charge of implementing the HR processes and procedures which involve employee communication, training, development, quality of life and relations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• HR Management Experience within cruise, or 4-5* resorts.
• To be service detail orientated and diplomatic
• Fluent English language skills
