Rooms Divisions Manager required for Silversea Cruises

We are searching for an experienced Rooms Division Manager, who would be available ASAP.

As the Head of Department for Housekeeping, the position oversees a large multi-national team, responsible for the cleanliness of the entire ship, reporting to the Hotel Director and maintaining a highly visible and operational lead.

You must have experience of managing a team of at least 30 people from a multi-cultural background, understand USPH regulations and the necessary practices, have experience of training, working in a luxury branded environment and be used to organising others.

The department operates at the highest standards of luxury service, with every guest having a butler for their suite, available for their every requirement.

C1/D Preferred but not essential.

You will require a minimum of 3 years in a similar role at sea, as well as strong communication and administrative skills, and the ability to focus on providing exceptional levels of guest service.
