Aim of the position:
Assures revenue targets achievements and Guest satisfaction on tours programs proposing and selling tour packages and assisting Guest during local excursions.
Main activities:
The Tour Expert is an excursions specialist. He/she has a passion for discovering destinations, their history, art and culture.
He/she has a remarkable propensity to sales and service to the guest, especially during visits in ports of call.
Good knowledge of at least two foreign languages is required. Experience in the field of sales and / or tourist escorting is an added value.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Degree in tourism or languages is highly appreciated
- Experience in Sales or Tour Operator is a plus
Languages:
- Fluent in Italian and English
- At least Intermediate German knowledge
- Other Languages knowledge (among Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian) is a plus
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
