Telephone Operator for Disney Cruise Line

V. Hospitality is currently searching for a Telephone Operator to join Disney Cruise Line.

Main responsibilities of the role include; Taking telephone orders from guests, coordinate all special orders, liaise with F&B outlets to notate all special dietary requests, assisting with the delivery of room service orders, upselling produce.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within an F&B role (room service is preferred), plus experience within either a reception, hosting or a switchboard position – preferably at sea.
Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish.
