Retail Managers

Cast-A-Way is currently seeking RETAIL SALES MANAGERS to work on board luxury cruise ships
To be right for this role you must:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Able to commit to a six-month contract at sea.
Have a clean criminal background.
Have boundless amounts of energy and an flair for retail.
Be driven to succeed and possess superior guest service skills.
Have at least 2 years of recent experience in high end fashion/sales and dealing with team and goals

Ship experience not required

NOTE
The first ticket to board the ship has to be paid by the candidate.
Ticket to go back home and all other tickets will be paid by the company
