Guest Service Associate

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a fun and out-going personality
• Be able to commit to a six month contract out at sea.
• Flexible approach to working conditions and working environment change
• Love working with a team
• Have a passion to assist guests and add to their vacation experience
• Two years of Front Desk experience, customer service experience or in a similar environment required
• Computer literate: Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills - engaging, collaborative and credible
• Proactive and professional at all times
• Fun, outgoing personality, projecting a sincere and empathetic demeanor at all times.
• Great attitude with a willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to speak a 2nd language is preferred: Spanish, Italian, German, French, Russian, Japanese
• Capable of giving emotional support to our guests that may be facing a traumatic event while onboard communication we have with all departments onboard
• Strong problem-solving skills
