Yacht Manager - Superyacht

The company are a leading superyacht company who is a forward-thinking company with a dynamic, modern approach to the industry. The company due to dynamic growth are now seeking a Yacht Manager to join their team.

The role, you will work within the yacht management team and be acting as the main point of contact for Captains, Crew and staff who also are in the offices. Within this role, you will look after a number of yachts in your management and you will coordinate between the various management functions to ensure that service deliverable for your yachts is exceeded. This position is seeking someone who has the ability to build relationships with key personnel and have excellent written and verbal skills as well as not being afraid to identify commercial opportunities.

You will for the role:

- Deck officer / Captain background on super yachts or relevant experience

- ISM / ISPS knowledge

- Strong commercial awareness

- Must have the working right to live and work in the EU

The reward you will have a salary of €4,000 per month as well as other additional benefits.
