Cruise Sales Manager

Use your communication and marketing skills to book future cruises for guests currently cruising on our ships! You will help guests plan for their next vacations by promoting upcoming cruises and experiences to individuals and groups. You will also manage our brand’s rewards program by taking care of our loyal guests’ needs. We’d be happy to have you join us as our newest Cruise Sales Manager if you have previous experience in sales and customer service. Ideally, you must also be knowledgeable of customer service techniques and reservations systems. We prefer candidates who have excellent public speaking skills and are well versed in business and travel jargons.
