Royal Genie

Royal Genies identify, anticipate, and fulfill the needs of our premium suite guests. As a Royal Genie, you will provide personalized serviceto your guests, even before the voyage begins and until you escort them upon departure. By interacting with other At Sea employees, you will deliver your guests' requirements and requests; including customized shore excursions, parties, private shopping experiences, and even stocking their suites with their favorite snacks. To qualify for the role, you must have a hospitality degree, experience in a similar position, and be willing to be professionally trained.
