International Hostess (m/f/d)

For an European 4* cruise line with routes around the world, we are looking for an experienced International Hostess (m/f/d).

Tasks

You are responsible for the smooth running of the guest service. Your tasks include daily guest contact, customer service, dealing with customer complaints, participation in (evening) events such as gala dinners and holding speeches in front of the guests. Moreover, you are responsible for all questions relating to guest satisfaction and ensure that appropriate measures are implemented professionally and promptly.

Requirements

You have several years of experience in a similar position, ideally combined with first work experience on a cruise ship. You are experienced in customer service and administration.

You are an open, positive and friendly personality and have a well-groomed appearance. It is easy for you to deal with dismanding guests while respecting corporate standards and budget. You are able to deal with stress, flexible and keep calm even in busy times.

You have very good knowledge of German and English. Ideally, you speak other European languages, such as Dutch, French, Italian. You have user experience, i.a. with Word, Excel, Fidelio, MXP etc.
