You will play a key role in the customer experience team and help drive a culture of innovation throughout the department. You will also be the lead for new product initiatives, such as themed cruises and inaugural sailings. As the Senior Product Development Manager you will have significant input into the customer strategy and ‘It’s Not TUI Unless’ standards, designed to improve the end to end cruise customer journey.
