Sous Chef

I am currently working with leading Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef on board.

As Sous Chef you will report into the Executive Chef and enjoy a varied role. You will prepare meals to the highest standards and replace the Executive Chef in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have:

• experience in a 4*/5* restaurant (cruise experience preferred)
• Cruise Ship experience
• Fluent English language skills
