We are currently interviewing for ex-crew that are looking for a land-based position in the travel industry in South Africa:

Cruise Specialist

Purpose

We are South Africa's Number one Cruise specialist brand, providing all cruise deals at the best prices. Our Staff are cruising experts in all aspects of cruising and travel and we strive to deliver the best customer experience every time.

Our People

Are extremely well-trained and experienced. We have a very strong focus on cruising, many of whom are also specialists on certain products and destinations. We offer decades of experience in each shop. Our staff can book all add-ons easily and conveniently.

Process

• The position is sales oriented and involves working towards targets. Commission and incentives are payable for sales achievements.
• Reporting to the shop Team Leader who is responsible for the success and profit of the store, career development and mentoring.
• Involves roster work to cover night and weekend trading where applicable. Days are provided in lieu of any weekend work performed.
• Ongoing monthly product training in-store and with suppliers

Candidates do not need previous experience as a Travel Consulatant as all training will be provided.
