Cruise Director with German language skills

Requirements:

• fluency in German and English or German and French
• previous experience in a passenger contact / front desk position
• public speaking skills
• proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred
• passion for service, diplomacy under pressure, positive and outgoing personality
• knowledgeable about the various landmarks and points of interest during the cruise

Responsibilities:

• hold informative briefings to our passengers regarding the daily program
• meet Heads of Department to review daily schedules and to enable effective planning
• communicate with guests and build a positive atmosphere on board
• mentor and provide on-the-job training to aspiring Trainees
