The Company

I am currently working with a leading global Cruise company and have an exciting opportunity for an Emergency Response Plan Lead to work in the companies Global Head Office.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Cruise professional to take the next step in their career.

As the Emergency Response Plan Lead you will enjoy a varied role. You will oversee the ERP development and proficiency program which is designed to deliver enhanced shipboard safety awareness through formalized training, drill and assessment programs across Deck, Engine and Hotel departments.

You will also enjoy frequent travel to the ships to assist in regulatory and audit inspections as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience sailing onboard Cruise ships
- Training experience would be advantageous
- Well developed analytical, organizational and relationship building skills
- Fluent English language skills and Computer Literacy
