Professional experience

Experience in comparable position
High sense for cleanliness and hygiene
Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley

Responsibilities

Dishwashing of china and maintenance of all galley equipment and tools
Daily cleaning of dishwasher area and all galley sections
Active assistance with preparation works
Implementation of our quality standards in the galley
Compliance with HACCP requirements and labelling
Active support with deliveries and loadings
Active support of the other departments on board

Employment conditions

Basic guaranteed salary
Equally shared tips after each cruise
Overtime payments
Accommodation and meals
Contract duration: from March/April till November/December
Working hours: 42 per week (overtime will be compensated)
6 weeks On / 2 weeks Off
Travel tickets are provided by the employer
Social and medical insurance
