The BELLARRI Manager leads the team to provide exceptional experiences for all of our guests onboard, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, you will live and breathe our company core values to achieve the boutique's sales goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales and exceed company targets.
• Develop and execute the boutique cruise planner, creating an effective sales strategy for each cruise.
• Creating and celebrating memorable moments for our guests.
• Be responsible for (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly inventories.
• Uphold BELLARRI standards with the ability to project a professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Guest-focused professional with a proven track record in generating high-revenue sales and building successful guest relationships within a luxury environment.
• Must have ship experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic approach to everything you do.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• A “can do” attitude.
• Cultivate new ways to motivate the team.
