We're looking for 3rd Assistant Repairman for Royal Caribbean International
The Assistant Repairman shall carry out duties as instructed by the Hotel Maintenance Manager and Repair Supervisor. He is responsible for the general overhauling and maintenance of all galley equipment and machinery. Carries out most steelwork, including stainless steel. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all piping related to Hotel operations, such as fresh water, black water, grey water, pulper, drains, etc. Repair and maintenance of the following equipment as assigned by the Hotel Maintenance Manager and/or Repair Supervisor:

1. Laundry equipment (non-electrical)
2. Technical and plumbing equipment in galleys, bars and pantries
3. Filling and emptying duties/technical equipment for Jacuzzi, Spas and Pools
4. Welding, including Gas, Electric, TIG, and MIG
5. Lathe machine, milling machine and all common shop equipment
6. Most steelwork, including stainless steel
7. General maintenance of plumbing and piping system within the Hotel areas of responsibility

Cleaning and maintenance of the workshop and lockers as assigned by the Repair Supervisor.

Contracts are generally around 8 months on board, with a 2 month (unpaid) vacation, with opportunities to return for further contracts.
