Youth Staff - Seasonal and Full time

Are you ready to start your career at sea?   Careers At Sea is in the process of conducting preliminary interviews for Youth Staff to work at sea once the industry recommences.  We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years working with youth ages 2 through to 17 years age in a recreational and/or educational background.  Candidates must hold a Bachelors Degree in order to be considered.

Amp up the level of fun for young guests by managing age-appropriate activities for babies, toddlers, tweens, and teenagers. You are expected to be a good role model while creating a more adventurous and exciting cruise experience. You will also keep a watchful eye on your wards and prioritize their safety at all times. We’d be happy to have you sail with us if you have excellent social and communication skills and experience in a similar role. We prefer candidates who are certified in infant and child CPR and other life-saving courses. Fluency in French, German, Italian, Spanish, or other languages are major plusses.
