Plumber for Silversea Cruises

We are recruiting for PLUMBERS for Cruise vessel SILVER MOON and SILVER CLOUD

Embarkation: As soon as possible

Contract length: 4 months (+/-1)

Salary: in USDper month worked + USD/h overtime rate - to be advised upon interview

14 days quarantine on board with basic pay, Must be fully vaccinated for COVID

Responsibilities:

• Assume personal responsibility for safety and the environment. Be accountable for themselves and the safety of others in their vicinity. Environmental consciousness forms one part of this accountability.
• Responsible for the repair and plumbing, potable water, gray water and black water line.
• Performs major mechanical overhaul and repair work on vacuum system under orders and supervision by Hotel Engineer
• Notify the Hotel Engineer and respectively Engine Storekeeper regarding working consumables to be ordered.
• Implement all safe working practices in all tasks, including proper use of watertight doors, handling of chemical products and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
