Job responsibilities:

  • Timely planning, preparation and service of all breakfast cookery
  • for the Day Lounge buffet, as well as required for dining room
  • menu service
  • Preparing meal and fish ingredients, which includes seasoning of
  • different meats and fish as well as washing, peeling and chopping
  • vegetables and fruits
  • Preparation of salads and salad dressing
  • Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock
  • rooms, refrigerators and freezers
  • Checking and controlling the temperatures of the refrigerators and freezers


Reguired Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma, Diploma in
  • Culinary Arts will be considered as
  • an advantage
  • 2 – 3 years of proven experience in
  • the same position within the hotel or
  • shipping industry
  • Knowledge of Food Health and
  • Safety regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work alone and as a part of a team
