Hygiene & Procedure Officer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Conduction of Hygiene Audits
• Implementation and controlling of pest monitoring
• Training of subordinate staff in dealing with hygiene regulations
• Determine the Hygiene Standards in compliance with the statutory requirements
• Preparation of Standard Hygiene notices for the ships
• Preparation of the Hygiene control lists for the departments

Requirements & Skills:

• 3-5 years of active professional experience in hospitality, main area of expertise is HACCP, Hygiene Standards and Procedures
• Advanced level of spoken and written English and German
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP standards
• Advanced computer skills on ECDL level
• Willingness to frequent travel on a single status
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
