I am currently working with an established Yacht Management Company, and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Charter Broker to head up the Charter Department and join a successful team.

The role…

This is a unique and exceptional opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and entrepreneurial Senior Charter Broker with Superyacht experience - ready to take the next step in their career. As Head of Charter you will takeover the existing charter activity of the company and more importantly lead the expansion and growth of the charter activity in this rewarding role based in Palma de Mallorca.

The role encompasses all responsibilities typically expected of an experienced charter retail broker including the responsibility of all of the company's existing Clients enquiries. You will join a young and super dynamic team as a senior member you will benefit from a significant profit share of the Charter Department to reward your efforts in Business Development.

You will build your own team, identify opportunities and continue to expand your network by visiting events/shows to deliver the results you need to remain ahead of competitors and produce YOY growth. Regular travel throughout Europe is expected and further afield should the opportunity arise.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum 3 years experience as a Charter retail broker in the Superyacht sector
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) and Computer Literacy

Bonus:

• Additional languages; French / Italian / German / Spanish
• Charter Management experience
